The applications are carried out exclusively on the customer. If acute illnesses, existing damage to the musculoskeletal system or cardiovascular diseases are present, the application is excluded. The massage takes place at the express request of the customer.

 

Disclaimer

 

Insofar as consequential damage occurs despite competent application, which is due to the fact that a customer has concealed reasons for exclusion, I am exempt from any liability.
The same applies to damage that arises as a result,that a reason for exclusion was not known to the customer himself.

 

Mastime and delays

 

The massage time includes the time for undressing and dressing. For customers who come late to an appointment, the massage time is reduced accordingly if there is a follow-up appointment.

 

Short-term appointment bookings/cancellations

 

The customer is not entitled to compensation for a service that has been ordered but not used. If a booked service is not used, the customer is obliged to pay the full agreed price for the booked service. Cancellation up to 24 hours before the booked date remains free of charge. Services already paid for will be refunded. Should the client cancel an agreed appointment after this time, the full cost will be charged.

 

Cancellation / No-Show

 

The customer is obliged to meet the scheduled date for a service in order to ensure a smooth process. The customer is not entitled to compensation for a service that has been ordered but not used. Cancellation must be communicated in good time before the agreed date. If a booked service is not used, the customer is obliged to pay the full agreed price for the booked service. Cancellation up to 24 hours before the booked date is free of charge.
Should the client cancel an agreed appointment after this time, the full cost will be charged. If you make a reservation with a voucher, this will be charged 100%. This also applies to an unexcused failure to appear at a booked appointment.

Final Provisions

 

In commercial transactions, the place of performance and jurisdiction is the company's registered office. Should individual provisions of these general terms and conditions be ineffective, this does not affect the validity of the other provisions.
